Shogun Exodus is a hardcore, HD 2D side-scrolling colony sim and tactical management RPG set in a grimdark, post-apocalyptic Feudal Sci-Fi world. Shogun Exodus is an original story, in an original world, with you, the Shogun, in focus – but not in control.

Game Concept

Unlike traditional “god-game” colony sims, you are a physical presence in the world. You play directly as the Shogun. A Shogun does not spend their days chopping wood or mining stone—a Shogun leads.

Build your sanctuary from the ground up, placing modular, multi-story HD 2D architecture. Equip your followers, manage their psychological and physical needs, and send them on off-map missions to scavenge the wasteland for raw materials. Travel to neighboring towns to trade with vendors, establish economies, and return home to a fully persistent world where your colony lives, breathes, and survives while you are away.
